The Poly-V Belt can be described as flat cord-reinforced transmission Belts with triangular-shaped ribs running lengthwise with a top angle of 40 degrees. The design of the Poly-V Belt offers better protection for all reinforcement cords and thus achieves an even load distribution. The Poly-V Belt is a continuous Belt that is used in a drive to drive several peripheral devices such as an alternator, power steering pump, water pump, air conditioning compressor, and air pump.
